Policies

• Weekly rates based on 6 nights, 7 days.
• One Night Bookings, Sunday to Thursday, subject to $40 cleaning surcharge.
• All prices are based on double occupancy.
• Additional persons are welcome: child add $10, adult add $20.
• No pets please.
• Maximum number of guests is four.
• All prices are in Canadian funds.
• Rates are subject to Canadian GST tax of 5%.
• Check-in time - 3:00 p.m.
• Check-out time - 11:00 a.m.
• The Perch and The Cabin require special Opening/Closing Procedures.

Contact us if your schedule is tight and we will try to accommodate.

In consideration of those with allergies, Moon Dance Cabin and Perch are non-smoking and no pets please. If you would like to bring pets we can recommend a reputable kennel nearby.

Confirmation/Cancellation Policy

A Deposit of one night's room rate or 50% of room nights reserved (whichever is greater) may be processed. Our Cancellation Policy is 14 Days Advance Notice. A $40 Administration Fee applies to all cancelled reservations. A full refund of the deposit, less the administration fee, will be returned with at least 14 days notice of cancellation. If you cancel, reduce or change your booking with less than 14 days notice, we reserve the right to fully charge for all nights for which we are unable to secure a replacement booking. We recommend that you purchase traveler's insurance to protect your vacation.
